From a Bhilai workshop to a listed metallurgical specialist
Originally incorporated on 28 July 1995 in Madhya Pradesh as Sarthak Metals Marketing Private Limited, the company was converted into a public limited company and renamed Sarthak Metals Limited in 2016, ahead of its IPO in February 2017.
Headquartered in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh — at the heart of India’s steel belt — the company manufactures and exports cored wires, aluminium flipping coils and, since FY24, flux cored welding consumables. These are the precise inputs that let steel plants, foundries and fabrication units fine-tune composition, cleanliness and mechanical performance.
As a ISO 9001 Certified manufacturer with BIS certification and RDSO approval from Indian Railways, Sarthak Metals pairs metallurgical know-how with disciplined, near debt-free financials.
